Delete your LandSite account

You have the absolute right to permanently delete your LandSite account and all associated data at any time. This action covers your footprint across all our platforms, including the LandSite web dashboard, our mobile applications, and the LandSite WhatsApp bot, as they all operate on a unified account system.

Request deletion via email

If you cannot access your account, you can request a manual deletion through our support team:

1. Click the button below to email us, or write directly to takecareforher@gmail.com.
2. Include the primary phone number you used to sign up for LandSite.
3. We will verify your identity (typically by sending a quick verification message to your registered WhatsApp number) to ensure the request is genuine. Once confirmed, we will delete the account and notify you upon completion.

Manual email requests are processed and fully cleared within 30 days, though usually much faster.

What gets deleted

• Your core account access and login credentials.
• Your public broker profile (name, phone numbers, WhatsApp, email, avatar, logo, and agency details).
• All your property listings, including their associated text, photos, videos, and PDF brochures.
• Your custom property collections and personalized broker website link (yourname.landsite.in).
• Your interaction history with the LandSite WhatsApp bot, alongside our marketing and sign-up records regarding you.

Note: Your core account data is wiped immediately upon a self-serve deletion. Heavy media files (photos, videos, documents) are permanently purged from our cloud storage buckets within 30 days. Any active recurring subscriptions are immediately canceled so you will never be charged again.

What we keep

For legal, security, and operational reasons, a small subset of data is retained:

• Financial records: Payment logs (amount, date, and invoice ID) are kept as long as strictly required by tax and accounting laws. These records are anonymized and no longer linked to an active user profile.
• Agency assets: If you are part of a larger agency team on LandSite, listings that legally belong to the agency will remain active under the agency's overarching account.
• Suppression lists: If you previously unsubscribed from our marketing, your email address remains on a secure "do-not-email" blocklist to ensure we respect your communication preferences in the future.
• Security logs: Access logs, deleted file logs, and sign-in security records (which may contain identifiers like IP or phone numbers) are retained for fraud prevention.
• System Backups: Encrypted fragments may remain in our routine server backups until those backup cycles naturally expire and are overwritten.
